What's my weekly time commitment?
I'd recommend 2-4 hours per week, but the pace is up to you. There's also two hours of live hot-seat coaching and workshop per month, plus the course content and the implementation work in between. But, the Lab is built for fractionals who have other things going on, because... Life.
I've spent money on coaching before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
I know that feeling — I spent $6,400 on a program in 2025 that delivered nothing, and it wrecked my trust in coaching for a while. The Lab is built differently for three reasons: it's led by a fractional running the same business you're building, the methodology is documented and pressure-tested, and the container has built-in accountability so you can't ghost yourself. You'll get out what you put in.
What if I don't have a high-ticket offer yet?
No problem. Every Lab member gets the Offer Builder Course included for free as my gift to you. Then you can pressure-test and validate it inside the Lab with the provided validation process. You don't need a polished offer to start, but you need to be ready to dig in and build one.
Will I get personal feedback even though it's group coaching?

No. I won't guarantee specific revenue outcomes because I can't control how you implement.
