What's my weekly time commitment?
Recommended 3-6 hours/wk, but because this is a self-paced program and not a structured group cohort on a timeline, the pace is up to you. But, the Lab is built for fractionals who have other things going on (kids, other jobs, etc) because... Life.
I've spent money on coaching before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
I know that feeling — I spent $6,400 on a program in 2025 that delivered nothing, and it wrecked my trust in coaching for a while. The Lab is built differently for three reasons: it's led by a fractional running the same business you're building, the methodology is documented and pressure-tested, and the container has built-in accountability so you can't ghost yourself. You'll get out what you put in.
What if I don't have a high-ticket offer yet?
No problem. Every Lab member gets the Offer Builder Course included for free as my gift to you. Then you can pressure-test and validate it inside the Lab with the provided validation process. You don't need a polished offer to start, but you need to be ready to dig in and build one.
Will I get personal feedback even though it's group coaching?

What if I can't attend the live calls?
No problem! Every call is recorded and will be added to the members-only replay vault within 1-2 business days.
Will this sales process feel gross? I hate sales!
No. The Give-First Method is the opposite of pitch-slapping spam — it's built on warm outreach, generosity, and permission-based selling. You won't be writing or sending manipulative or icky messages.
Is there a guarantee I'll land new clients?
No. I won't guarantee specific revenue outcomes because I can't control how you implement. What I can guarantee is that if you show up, do the work, and use the methodology as designed, you'll have the assets, the system, and the pipeline to keep building your fractional business — with or without me — long after the Lab ends.
What time are the group coaching calls?
Each group coaching call typically starts at 9:30am PDT (Seattle timezone). If you are unable to attend the call, you can watch the call recording 1-2 days later. You can also submit questions prior to the call so you can still get your questions answered live, even if you aren't there!
